Safe Frame
Client photographs managed in a SafeFrame Pro gallery

Our philosophy

Delivering a client gallery should never put your images or your income at risk.

Why Safe Frame exists

Safe Frame was created from first-hand experience of seeing screenshots affect our work and income. It was built to give clients a clear, intuitive way to enjoy their gallery while helping photographers protect the time, creativity and value invested in every image.

That balance between client experience and image protection guides everything we do.

Protection that evolves

Technology never stands still.

New devices, operating-system updates and viewing features can introduce new ways of capturing digital content.

On supported devices, the official MySafeFrame experience blocks or responds to screenshot and screen-recording attempts while clients view protected gallery content. Preview galleries can also use modern animated noise that changes over time, making straightforward removal harder than with a basic static watermark.

Effective digital protection has to evolve. We continue to test Safe Frame, investigate unexpected behaviour and strengthen the platform as technology changes.

Shaped by photographers

Safe Frame began with a problem experienced by a photographer.

Today, the photographers using it continue to influence what we investigate, improve and develop next.

Your reports, ideas and real-world experiences help us identify emerging issues and understand where Safe Frame can become stronger.

Not every suggestion will result in an immediate change, but every credible report helps us understand how the platform performs in real situations.

What you can expect from us

When you report unexpected behaviour, our team will investigate the issue and assess the most effective response.

Some improvements can be made quickly. Others may depend on the capabilities and restrictions of a particular device or operating system.

Whatever the situation, our commitment is to:

  1. 01

    Listen without dismissing your concern.

  2. 02

    Investigate the information available.

  3. 03

Communicate clearly about what we know.

  4. 04

    Explain any current technical limitations.

  5. 05

Continue improving the protection Safe Frame provides.

Because protecting photographers’ work is not simply one of Safe Frame’s features. It is the reason Safe Frame exists.

Safe Frame’s vision

A photography industry where sharing work digitally never means surrendering its value.
